Webhooks for PEP updates provide three event types that keep your customer data current:
ADD: Notifies when someone new becomes a PEP. Use key identifiers (like personal numbers or names) to match against your customer database.
UPDATE: Alerts you when an existing PEP’s details change. Match using the stored personId to update your records.
DELETE: Informs you when a person is no longer a PEP. Remove their PEP status by matching the personId.
To integrate, set up your webhook, maintain a fast storage of key identifiers, perform a PEP lookup during onboarding, and periodically sync your entire customer database with the PEP service.

For PEP individuals without a social security number, the webhook continue request adjusts the keyMap details as follows:
No Social Security Number:
The keyMap won’t include a social security number.Alternative Identifiers:
Instead, it provides first name, last name, and date of birth (if available).Consistent Person ID:
Every webhook contains a unique personId to reliably identify and look up the PEP using the API.
