Partner Event: Keeping the customer journey safe

On May 14th, Sweet Systems, in collaboration with Roaring, invited partners and customers to their annual customer event.

This year’s theme was “The Safe CustomerJourney”, an important topic in this time and age. The afternoon was filled with valuable insights, possibilities, networking and a deep dive into the latest solutions. 

Our Pontus Holmberg intrigued the guests with ways of better decision making based on risk assessment, an important part in keeping the customer journey as safe as possible. 

The main host, Sweet Systems, the developers of smart and user friendly solutions that digitize and automate the customer processes, presented the benefits of pre-filled forms. 

Our partner Scrive presented their solution of e-signing, together with whom we make it easy to automate, control and digitise B2B contract signings, so they can be handled in a fast, simple and secure manner.

With a great variety of guests, spanning from authorities to municipality representatives and employees within banking and finance, it is safe to say that it was a valuable exchange of knowledge and needs.
